Remembering Peter Jarman

We are sad to share the news that our friend Peter Jarman passed away on Monday evening, August 24th.

Peter was introduced to us through our friends at PFLAG San Diego County and we met and subsequently interviewed him several years ago. He had quite a long and colorful life and will be missed by so many whose lives he touched along his journey.

Learn more about Peter’s incredible life by watching his 4-part video interview HERE.

Peter finishes his interview by talking about his sobriety and his service to Stepping Stone, where served on the board for 10 years. His message to those watching: “You don’t have to take drugs and drink in order to be comfortable with yourself.” He concludes with: “You have your whole life ahead of you and if you don’t get caught up with drugs and drinking you have a great future because you can be who you are.”
